Had he been born closer to Field St than Beale St, 75 years later Elvis may have enjoyed the beach and the resurgence of live music in The Terrace. A life cut short, a victim of life and times, the legacy lives on.
Live on it will at the chicken shop on his birthday 8 January 8pm with Sarah Carroll and friends. Plus a very special holidaying guest. More used to Billboard than a chicken shop blackboard, her friends think it will remind her of home, Texas and California.
